Responsibilities :
- Align and manage Human Resource systems and processes to the Business objectives to ensure attraction, utilization, development, and retention of talent across Business
- Ensure the timely disbursement of Salaries
- Manage and oversee HR operations
- Manage the grievance Redressal process for the Business
- Ensure timely Statutory Compliance.
- Compliance to all audits- HR audit, Reconciliation of GL
- Ensure Client Compliances and Statutory requirements are met
- Timely settlement of Employee Claims,
- Analyze Organization attrition
- Liaison with SSC, Units for smooth HR operations.
Requirements :
- PGDBA / MBA in Human Resources.
- Managing HR function of Business
