Position - HR Generalist with experience in handling Merger/Acquisition
Responsibilities -
- End to End HR Processes to support business for the respective locations.
- In a generalist role manage: Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Training & Development.
Tasks :
- Develop and implement plans to attract the best talent from the market at an optimum cost
- Ensure all hiring TATs are met and adequate talent pipeline is being built for all critical positions.
- Build an Organization as an employer of choice
- Retention Management, HR one-ones
- Ensure adequate new employee orientation to ensure readiness for success
- Ensure Talent Management through Induction, Product Pieces of training, External Trainings, Assessment & Feedback
- Manage Employee-related costs as per budgets;
- Running Reward & Recognition Programs - to increase motivation & enhance performance
- Build mechanisms for continuous employee connect programs like Annual Conference, Family Day, Employee Satisfaction Survey, New Joinee Engagement, celebrating milestones
- Best Practice Sharing across Locations
- Proactively address and resolve employee grievances
- Build transparent and continuous communication channels for two way and continuous communication
- Ensure adequate skill and competency management as per business requirement through training, mentoring etc
- Ensure succession planning and backfills for growth and development of employees
- Build culture for high performance and fair, transparent and fun working environment
