Liasoning with statutory consultants
Employee Engagement and Culture Building
Incentives and performance linked bonus
Payroll inputs - filing and documentation
Bench Planning
Field HR Audit of process and systems at store
Implementation and amendment of Policy
HR MIS and reporting
Execute reward and recognition programs
Experience :
a) Essential: 6-8 years of Relevant Experience
b) Desirable: Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or QSR
c) MBA (2006 to 2007 Batch only)
