HR - Leadership Role
We are a leading real estate group based in Mumbai intending to move from a family managed business to a professionally run company. We need a entrepreneurial driven Human Resource professional who wants to work towards organizational change and implement change in the company culture
The responsibilities will include:
1. Analyze the existing processes in the organization and create a roadmap to improve the same
2. Work closely with the directors of the company to create hiring processes and improve talent acquisition and retention
3. Hire from engineering and management campuses across India and brand the company among students/professionals
4. Think about ways to increase workplace productivity and reward productivity
Desired Profile:
1. A driven Individual willing to assume responsibilities and execute plans
2. If you have past entrepreneurial experience it would be an added benefit
3. Has hands on experience at change management and is good at networking
