The role is a new role and evolving in nature. The activities would include all HR initiatives and include ( but not restricted to ) :

- Talent Management initiatives

- Performance Management

- Compensation, Benefits and Rewards

- Talent Engagement

- Talent Acquisition, etc

Desired Candidate :

The candidate should :

- Be an MBA from a good B School, with specialisation into HR

- Have some exposure to quality HR processes with a good corporate.

- Have good conceptual understanding of HR laws, systems, etc

- Be willing to take initiatives.

- Fast adaptable to change, etc
