About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank providing a wide range of financial services across corporate, investment and retail banking. With a strong global presence and a strong foothold in the APAC and Indian market, they are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end to end HR activities while partnering closely with the business to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the CAO and partnering closely with HR and business, you will be a part of the CAO's office and your responsibilities will include:

- Learning & Development - Partnering closely with HR and planning business meetings, townhalls and content for townhalls, co-ordination and planning of training in close co ordination with the L&D team

- Employee Engagement - Employee Surveys and internal communication (in close co ordination with the internal communications team)

- Pay Planning - Budgeting, Rewards and benefits administration in close co ordination with the C&B team

The Successful Candidate - you will have 7-12 years of experience in a corporate HR generalist function. You will have the exposure to working with senior stakeholders across HR and Business with a strong focus on Employee Relations / Engagement and Learning & Development. Extremely good presentation and communication skills are imperative for this role.
