HR Generalist

- Statutory Compliance

- Sales Training

- Travelling

- Training & Development:

- Handling Induction for New Joinees

- Conducting Training Programs

- Identification of training needs & People development Plan

- Preparing quarterly and annual calendar as per budget

- Evaluation of effectiveness of training and taking corrective action

- Designing Leadership Programs for Top Performers.

- Coordinating with external trainers, collaborating with them to frame the perfect training module as per the training needs

Recruitment:

- Manpower planning

- Ensuring recruitment as per approval

- Sourcing profiles through portals, references & consultants for Junior (Executive),middle(Asst Manager)and senior level positions(Vice President)and closing the positions within the stipulated time.

- Screening and short listing suitable candidates for interview

- Conducting reference check within 2 working days after selection of candidate.

- Conducting Campus Recruitments across South India

- Coordinating summer internship programs for MBA students across India.

- Organizing various welfare activities (statutory / non-statutory) such as Safety & Health Programs, Cultural Programs, Picnics, Entertainment Party, and Annual Gathering of employees.

- Supervising activities of Canteen, Restroom, Employee Social Welfare Fund,

- Preparing Health Calendar of Employees as well as arranging medical checkups.

- Organizing training programmes and awareness initiatives on Industrial Safety.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

- Looking after companies CSR initiatives in the field of Health & Education

- Planning ,implementing and reporting of CSR initiatives
