Position & Experience: HR Generalist - Senior Manager 8-10 years
Education
- MBA HR / PG in Human Resources

Broad responsibilities:
- Assisting organization in meeting manpower requirement
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- To observe at all times the requirements set out in the policies and procedures (regarding, for example, security, health and safety, data protection consumer protection) and other legislative or regulatory requirements
- Management of HRIS.
- To provide basic payroll processing and also the statutory administration services with regard to the employment
- Ensure compliances to all the statutory local legislations .
- Responsible for complete life cycle of the employee in organization from Joining, Induction, , Appraisals & F&F settlement & any implementation of HR initiatives for the Business Unit.
- Custodian for Payroll, HRIS,Training, Recruitment, Employee Engagement .
- Perform other HR related duties and responsibilities as required
