We are seeking an experienced HR Manager where the successful candidate will oversee the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and employee engagement for our multi-location organization. We are looking for an HR generalist with a collaborative work style, strong stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to address employee relations issues and ensure alignment between HR and business objectives.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, promoting a culture of equality and belonging.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and inform decision making.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing DEI initiatives in the workplace.
- Hands-on approach to HR management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
