Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR Operations and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- On-boarding (verification's, documentation, induction, training etc)
- Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF's, events, CSR etc)
1.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
2.Employee Records
3.Performance Management
4.Compensation and Benefit management
5.Training Management
7.Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports - hiring, attrition, etc Analyzing Jobs/Hires -quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Expert experience inMS Excel, Google sheet and presentation
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Good Knowledge in PMS (Performance Management System).
- Employee Engagement -Coordinate and conduct social events.
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management and ability to handle Grievances.
- Having a hand on experience in recruitment.
