HR Generalist - Management Consulting - Contractual Role

HR Generalist ( One year Contractual)

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in HR Generalist for a top notch management consulting at Gurgaon.

Experience :

- 3-5 years with a good understanding of HR Operations and performance reviews / appraisals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for doing performance evaluation and will be handling compensation cycle.

- Supporting in recruitment's.

- He/ she will closely work with Sr. Leaders / Stakeholders for approvals on transfers or mobility of the employees.

- Identify training needs and will be handling training reviews & Global programs.
