The client has a flat organisation structure. Supports critical business solutions. The position reports to the Head - HR.
This is an individual contributor role.
Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Ensure manpower availability in line with business needs
- Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalize talent acquisition budgets in coordination with the functional heads; Drive the recruitment strategy of the organization at all levels
- Oversee the overall training and development needs of the organization
- Support the Training Head in identifying training needs and implementing training programs for technical as well as behavioural aspects
- Oversee statutory compliance and adherence
- Follow audit and gap-analysis to ensure statutory compliance at all offices
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing performance management system and implement this on half yearly / annual span successfully across all locations
