HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for daily Human Resources (HR) and office management functions including recruitment, onboarding, responding to HR/benefits queries, general administration, and other tasks as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Prior experience of Handling the HR operation for an IT Company is a must
- Manages the recruitment process for all local positions.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Handles employment and benefits related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains general office files including employee records, vendor files, and other files related to company operations.
- Processes travel bookings, payments, and reimbursements.
- Coordinates with GST consultant to complete relevant tax requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities :- Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the Employee life cycle from Hire to Retire.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience :- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of human resources and/or office management experience preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience with recruiting required
- Experience working for a Software company is a must.
