Position: HR Generalist (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Assist with performance management and HR operations.

- Handle payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

- Handle employee attendance working hours

- Handle employee web tracker

Requirements:

- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
