Key Responsibilities:

- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance across HR policies.

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires in IT-related roles.

- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance workforce planning.

- Collaborate with leadership to create a positive team environment, focused on productivity and morale.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.

- Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

- Enhance communication channels between management and employees regarding policies, practices, and benefits.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in HR roles within the technology sector.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.

- Experience with Zoho.

- Knowledge of IT industry-specific trends and best practices.

- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Experience in employee training and development program design.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Certifications in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
