HR Generalist profile for a leading Mid-market Investment bank in their Private Wealth arm. Primary responsibilities are and not limited to - Talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, PMS, Operations, employee engagement and grievance management.

Preferred requirements:

1 Proven experience as an HR Generalist

2 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

3 Excellent communication and people skills

4 Aptitude in problem-solving

5 MBA or post graduate in relevant field
