Experience Range - 2 to 5 years
Mandatory Requirement:- 2+years of relative experience.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to develop comprehensive retention strategies tailored to specific teams and roles.
- Design initiatives that address identified attrition drivers, such as career development programs, mentorship initiatives, and work-life balance enhancements.
- Work closely with the HR team to design and implement engagement surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and sentiment.
- Interpret survey results and develop action plans to address concerns raised by employees, fostering a more positive work environment.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure their active involvement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions, ensuring new hires are well-informed about company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, both in physical files and electronic systems, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes, systems, and tools to improve overall efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, metrics, and trends for management review.
Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices.
