- Implement various human resources programs, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending course of action.
- Own end to end HR processes assigned like on boarding, separation, letter generation, data updating, record maintenance or other day to day HR role.
- Identify and asses the training needs to the employees in consultation with department heads/PMS as per the organization goals & objectives.
- Handling employee joining formalities and induction training.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate interviews, preparing recruitment Dashboards.
- Handle employee grievances through structured 1:2:1
- In future contribute towards employee communications, Policy Revision/Improvising, Data bench marking.
