Looking for HR Generalist - (Having work experience in Qatar, Dubai, UAE, Middle East or North America geographies) - Mandatory

Must have work experience in manufacturing industries. - Mandatory

Reporting to Director HR

Experience - 5-10 years

Qualification - MBA/PGDBM

Ctc in between 12-18 lpa (current CTC)

Bangalore based

Notice period - Preferably 30 days but not more than 60 days

Business Contribution :

- Provides a professional HR service to managers and employees of companies entities in Middle East including hiring, performance management and talent management. In this position, the HR Generalist will also provide some support to the other countries of the MENAC region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advise line managers on pay and conditions issues in line with Company policies and procedures and market conditions.

- Advise and assist managers and employees in employment matters particularly with reference to employment legislation, Company policy, industrial relations practice and external Codes of Practice.

- Provide support and advice to managers when conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings ensuring all appropriate legal and internal processes are adhered to.

- Process all employee terminations complying with legal and internal processes.

- Interview and assist in recruitment and selection including psychometric testing of applicants.

- Generate Offers of Employment and pre-employment checks.

- Conduct manager and employee training on HR policies and practices as required.

- Participate actively in meetings and discussions with Employee Representation bodies,

- Advise and support management on labor relationship and collective negotiations

- Support and produce internal employee communications.

- Intervene in employee relations issues and seek to resolve conflicts appropriately.

- Support all HR systems and processes including PMP, HRIS.

- Maintain the HRIS system for the Region, ensure datas entered in the system are accurate

- Assist Regional HR Director in communicating HR and benefits issues.

- Communicate effectively and regularly with Regional HR Director and rest of HR team.

- Identify areas for improvement and follow through with corrective action.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

- Always represent the Company in a professional manner, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.

Required Capabilities:

- Minimum 5 years experience in generalist HR role preferably in private industrial sector.

- Language skills - English essential.

- Educated to degree level, professional HRM qualification.

- Good knowledge of HR procedures and processes.

- Ability to communicate (oral and written) succinctly and professionally.

- Being autonomous and a self starter.

- Previous experience of working across multi site locations a distinct advantage and experience working in a matrix environment.

- Willing and able to travel to the MENAC Region locations upon demand.

- Sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
