HR Generalist
Position: HR Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3 to 7 years as generalist
Industry: Industrial automation/ Printing/ Packaging
About the role:
- The key responsibilities of the role include to closely work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the criticality of each requirement.
- You will build & maintain the network of potential candidates within the industrial automation industry through proactive market research.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Be a Champion for an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications.
- Need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with employees to discuss training needs, listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflict.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
