HR Generalist - Healthcare domain
- Ensure that right sources are in place to cater the needs
- Ensure proper data based management by keeping details of all those who have applied through various sources
- Handle details of salary fixation and negotiate for finalizing the final offer
- Prepare HR budgeting for staff levels in coordination with the HR Head
- Ensure all the joining formalities are taken care of appropriately for all staff level, new entrants
- Issuing of Appointment Letters.
- Check and ensure that the personal files, the formats to be included in it, joining forms etc prepared by the team are in place using a standard checklist.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for all level recruitments.
- To have thorough knowledge and hands on experience in handling compliance & statutory applicable to law of land.
- Responsible for timely filing of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual returns as per applicable law.
- To be responsible for managing the compliances in reference to outsourced employees as per CLRA Act.
- To regularize all the working with regards to Personnel Management in view of the statutory provisions and Management guidelines from time to time.
Other activities :
- Hands on experience working in HR tools like Oracle, SAP etc.
- Strong in MS Office, ability to prepare various HR MIS reports, presentations skills.
- Ability to manage the day to day HR operations.
