Generalist HR - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS
- Responsible for overall HR generalist activities including recruitment, payroll processing, maintaining data in HRMS
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies, and other HR related documents
- Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance records
Keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to the HR Manager.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' documents, medical insurance policies, managing Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other Labour Laws)
- Conduct induction program and briefing to new employee
- Attending / Understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them.
- Conducting and encouraging employees towards employee engagement activities
- Delivering timely dashboards.
