Salary offered; 8 - 12 LPA
Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Management related.
- 4-6 years relevant generalist HR experience.
- Should have experience in working in a multi-faceted hands-on HR role including both operational matters and strategic advisory.
- T&D, Comp & Ben, Employee and Labor Relations, PMP/PIP, Admin
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to details.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in Excel (Formula / advanced Spread sheeting) is essential.
- Professionally confident with the ability to connect and influence at all levels, internal and external.
- Able to work with a high level of independence but with insight to escalate and seek input as required.
- Mature and proactive approach to work and relationships and the ability to work in a multi reporting line structure.
- Team oriented, proactive and willing to get the job done
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
