About the company:
An online travel portal based out of Mumbai & Bangalore.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will manage the entire Generalist HR functions at Corporate Level.
- Candidate is responsible for handling HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Organisational development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Training.
- Strategizing and leading HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement, organizational design and change management, recruiting and selection, training
- Partnering with top management to plan and execute strategies internally.
- Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, performance feedback
- Recruiting, mentoring, coaching & training direct (if applicable) and indirect reports
- Managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Will need to handle a team of 6. Will be in-charge of close to 300 employees.
- The incumbent is expected to work out of Mumbai – lower Parel office & will report to the HR head based out of Bangalore.
Skills/ Experience:
- Self-directed, highly driven leader with extensive experience in a generalist role.
- MBA/PGDM HR with 6-9 years of post qualification experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Business and Industry knowledge and acumen
- Strength of character accompanied by excellent interpersonal skills.
