We have the foll reqt in HR in Delhi or B'lore
- Generalist HR Between 7-10 years of HR experience, in companies in varied sectors or HR consulting firms having reputed HR practices.
- With strong strengths in at least 3 areas of HR preferred- Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Engagement, Learning & Development and Compensation, Organization Development, Executive Coaching, as an HR knowledge advisor or project manager .
Prefer stronger HR profiles with consulting + generalist experience in corporates.
- Should have lead a strategic role too.
Key Skills desired
- Strong conceptual, problem solving and solutioning skills with a practical, hands on orientation
- High customer orientation
- Knowledge of social networking and technology and its application. Good search skills required.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
