Key points -
- Talent Acquisition: Strategic execution, define high level hiring approaches to ensure cost effective and quality talent adequacy all the time.
- Onboarding, Partner with offshore and local leadership to align approaches, resources, deliverables, expectations and measures of success.
- Ensure implementation of processes and controls to meet HR policy and compliance requirements in Hiring space.
- Adherence to strategy and SLAs will be key performance indicators. Relationship and management of hiring vendors.
- Reporting and MIS: to maintain, update and maintain MIS and leverage hiring tool for hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with BUs and manage the process and communication on various touch-points to ensure timeline adherence and quality of output documentation.
- Talent Management: ensure quality / process check for internal movement including promotions, retention of top talent in assigned organization.
- Project Coordination: Support enterprise wide cross functional initiatives and special projects as required.
- HR Business Partnering: understand business strategy and its impact from HR perspective and work closely with BU to support them in their people efforts. Work as HRBP with entry level leadership.
