Position: Senior HR Manager - Generalist Role
Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning - Manpower requirement assessment of all function with the functional heads at national and abroad operations, Projecting Manpower requirement Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) for the next financial year. Budgeting and monitoring Manpower Cost.
- Talent Acquisition - Planning the recruitment & selection procedures by identifying function and role specific competency through competency framework, identifying the potential areas and sources for recruitment/selection policies for acquiring the best talent. Negotiating compensation and selling the role to prospective candidates up to Sr. Management level positions.
- Process of planning and formulating Training Needs of the various business divisions and departments
- Designing strategies on enhancing professional and personal capabilities in turn to add value to our organization.
- Preparing MIS for various managerial and departmental needs.
- Recruitment and induction or orientation process of new employees.
- Independently responsible for Employee Relations at PPMS. The role involved
- Employee Engagement
- Capture employee pulse through focus groups, leadership interactions, one on one connects and draw up action plans
- Desired profile would be 8 years plus of work experience
