Our client is a large Metals Trading / Finishing MNC organization based in Belapur. They have a few warehouses / factories in Maharashtra and other states. And are in the Automotive / Aerospace domain.
They are wanting to hire a smart HR Manager for their operations ASAP.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Support in devising yearly HR plan
- Drive Employee engagement survey and develop action plan
- Employee on-boarding and orientation & Exits
- Manage the performance management cycle
- Manage Employee welfare and benefits programs, Rewards and Recognitions etc.
- Establish, Update and Implement HR policies and procedures, Manage HR Operations and payroll
- Managing employee trainings.
- HR Data Management and Reporting.
To qualify for these positions you should :
- PG/MBA in HR
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR
- Have experience in the entire gamut of HR Activities
- Have experience in managing the entire employee Life-Cycle
- Have good communication skills
- Preferably have some exposure of working in Manufacturing, Trading, FMCG etc
- Ok in traveling to Different offices across India when required
- Be from Navi Mumbai, Belapur, Panvel or able to commute
