HR- Generalist- Automation Machinery Manufacturing

Headquartered in Natick, Massachusetts, USA, It has offices and distributors located throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Job Summary:
- This role supports employees across various business units in India primarily and may be involved in some projects in ASEAN, reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Services, ASEAN and India.
- Generalist responsibilities will include a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, talent management, recruiting, leadership development, and coaching.
Essential Functions:
- Participates in development, implementation and support of global HR programs and initiatives.
- Provides employee relations support to managers and employees.
- Provides recruitment and selection assistance for assigned groups and works with business leaders, hiring managers and HR staff to develop creative, cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Assists with development and implementation of training for managers and employee groups.
- Is primary point of contact for assigned groups with regard to HR policy, process and support.
- Works on special Human Resources projects

- Minimum education and work experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field is required
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast paced, dynamic, high growth environment; preferably in the high-tech industry
- Working knowledge of Workday is a plus.
