HR Generalist _US Shift
- An HR Generalist, responsible to support the HR Business Partner in the complete employee life cycle and enhancing employee experience. Expert in policy and process advocacy.
- Involved in HR projects, policy design & other interventions from time-to-time.
Key Accountabilities:
- Advice and guidance
- Communicate and champion changes to HR processes and procedures within the business.
- Provide HR advice and support to business employees in all areas of staff management and employment ensuring that consistent HR policies and processes are applied at all times.
- Work with HR Operations team to resolve high impact and complex employee relations issues whilst adhering to central policy.
- Ensure policy & process governance
- Support HRBP to drive engagement and retention and improve employee experience
- Support induction and onboarding processes for the business
- Develop and implement HR communication plan - connects, action, employee surveys and ensure closing loop.
- Support HRBP in Function/pillar wide HR projects and execute initiatives
- Provide advice and support to employees and line managers in all areas of employment ensuring that consistent HR policies and processes are applied at all times
- Work with wider HR team to resolve employee relations issues whilst adhering to policy
- Work on Reports, dashboards and metrices etc.
- Policy governance, HR Engagement events, projects, attrition, Early Warning System (EWS)
Skills, knowledge & Experience
Must Have
- Relevant experience of at least 5+ Years in HR generalist role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Rely on data - driven factual approach
- Able to handle large amount of data in excel related to employees and compensation.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Pro-activeness and initiative
- Degree/Certification in HR
