HR Generalist

HR Generalist (5 to 7 years)

We have an opening in a leading MNC in Noida. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in HR Generalist role. 2 years full time MBA in HR is must.

Responsibilities:

- Providing human resources support which include staffing, retention management, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement etc..

- Communication and Implementation of HR policies and practices

- Analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions.

Location: Noida

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B schools with continuous experience of 5 to 7 years in HR (Candidates passed MBA from 2005/2006/2007 batch will be preferred)

- Candidates must have excellent leadership, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .
