Job Summary
The HR generalist will handle key responsibilities related to employee database management, payroll, recruitment, and HR policy implementation. The role involves supporting HR functions to ensure smooth operational execution, including event coordination and responding to employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Employee Data Management:
Update internal databases with employee details like contact information and employment forms.
2.Payroll & Compliance:
Gather and process payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
Address employee queries related to benefits like vacation days.
3.Recruitment & Coordination:
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
4.Policy and Documentation:
Review and distribute HR policies digitally or in hard copies.
Prepare HR-related reports such as training budgets.
5.Event Management:
Participate in planning and organizing company events and career fairs.
Must-Have Skills and Tools:
Experience with MS Office.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Strong organizational skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Proficiency in handling HR software tools.
- Prior experience in remote HR operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- MBA in Human Resources Management is preferred.
