V. Job Description :
The incumbent would be responsible as individual contributor considering overall Human Resource Generalist function management in IT Operation with resource capacity of 100+ people. Functional areas includes IT Software Development & Services related business. This is independent strategic mid-level position to manage the generalist role.
Key areas of overall responsibilities :
Generalist Functional Area :
- Induction & Support as HR buddy
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Support to Pay Roll Processing
- Employee Engagement
- Training Management
- HR Record Keeping- Partner Management
- Third Party Resource Management
- External Consultant Coordination
- Development of Partner Ecosystem- QMS
- ISO/ CMMI Quality Implementation / Compliance
- Quality Audit Support- Policy / Statutory Compliance
- Support to HR policy formulation and framework
- Implementation of HR Policy
- PF/ ESI / S&E Coordination & Follow up
- Liaison & coordination with Govt / Statutory & regulatory bodies
- Necessary adherence to the compliance process and documentation
V. Specific demands on the job: Need to Stretch, Weekend Availability, Travelling and Result oriented KPIs to achieve.

- Full time MBA (Residential) in Human Resource from premier Institute. Background of Computer Science education is preferable.
- 10 Plus years as Overall experience with minimum 05 years' experience in IT Recruitment Industry.
