Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR resource to join our team.
- Manage HR operations, oversee the onboarding and induction process, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment and access on their first day.
Induction:
- Develop and conduct induction programs for new employees to ensure they are well-integrated into the company.
- Provide training on company policies, procedures, and values.
- Monitor the progress of new hires during the induction period and provide support as needed.
HR Policies:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand the HR policies.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policy matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, onboarding processes, induction programs, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
