BNC is hiring for shared services setup for HR employee Services role for Gurgaon location
1. Support the retained business lines by providing assistance to the employees with their day-to-day HR-related personal requests.
2. Responsible for delegating the employee request to the correct party.
3. Overall responsible for ensuring completing employee request within accepted time period.
4. Act as primary point-of-contact for HR inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees.
5. Delegate and escalate queries as appropriate, but will remain responsible through to completion.
6. Track progress, and provide feedback to requestors on status of their queries.
7. Capture feedback of the overall query resolution with the requestor, for reviewing and conduction a periodic analysis and identify action points basis the feedback
8. Act as central co-ordinator for executing a seamless employee off-boarding.
9. Act as liason between multiple stakeholders to ensure all pre-requisite activities are completed and the organization is process compliant before removing an employee from their payroll.
10. Act as liason between all the involved stakeholder like employees, organization and third party vendors and implement end-to-end benefits policy and strategy
11. Develop communication and plan to inform workers about their rewards and provide continuing program updates
12. Be responsible for transparent and accurate administration of all the rewards and benefits o employees
13. Ensure high level of accuracy in deliverables
14. Explore and identify areas of improvement and technologically driven solutions for talent acquisition & employee onboarding and improve new hire experience and inform BSC Head
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's/Masters having 4-5 years of experience in employee services role
2. Working knowledge of ERP - SAP
3. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
