Role Overview:

- Provides HR Generalist support for company Employee processing team activities; HRMS data Input for master data and benefits administration, employment offers, Pre-hire degree verification, background checks, drug screening, etc. and in coordination with global service providers as applicable.

- Works with SAP HRMS forms and templates to prepare, initiate, execute, input approved personnel actions including: hires, rehires, transfers, miscellaneous input, employee relocations, leave of absences, employee separation, salary action, exceptions to policy, hiring action, organization management and employee benefits plans. Works with Global SAP HRMS team to create or maintain positions as required.

- Acts as liaison between the Global Business Unit (GBU) HR to resolve personnel administration and HR system issues. Interprets requested personnel actions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance i.e.; correct entity usage, organizational assignment, compensation, approval authority etc.

- Initiates company for national and international transfers via Assignment Pro (Talent Works Employee Notices-TWEN) Is responsible for understanding, monitoring and maintaining existing work processes, procedures, to ensure policy compliance.

- Identifies issues with documents and resolves them with originator in a timely and collaborative manor. Interfaces with BGMC, GBU HR and Payroll, to ensure efficient and smooth end to end employee transactions.

- Verifies accuracy of work pursuant to established procedures. Performs post input audit processes, rework data gathering and metrics reporting to assist in continue process improvement and process management. Processes completed action documents to employee records.

- Assists with other employee system transactions as needed. Provides support for other HR services as required; Immigration, records etc. Maintains employee data, information and working files according to required confidentiality standards and best practices.

- Provides assistance with employee benefit plan administration and Employee Service Center questions. Receives and processes related forms such as; Medical and voluntary leave of absence, retirement plan elections, vacation leave requests, and other social benefits plan administration documents as required.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources or related field

- Must have the legal right to work in India without visa sponsorship

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions

- Ability to be proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities

- Ability and skills in the following areas: attention to detail, transaction accuracy and quality, prioritizing and organizing work transactions in a high volume environment, understanding of integrated HR, payroll, accounting, billing systems and downstream impact of HR transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience working with SAP or related HRMS System within the data input area

- Advanced knowledge of HR policies and processes, functional organizations and organizational structure

- Experience in international HR areas; expatriate assignments and relocation, immigration, compensation and tax

- HR generalist experience

- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean concepts and practices for process management

- Solid understanding and proficiency utilizing Company HR systems, work processes and policies

- Ability to work overtime on short notice
