Location: Mumbai
Role: HR Engagement Partner
Qualification: Would prefer MBA (HR) from tier 1 institutes.
We are looking someone having 7-11 yrs experience into HR domain including min 2 yrs experience into HR Engagement role and min 2 yrs into HR Generalist role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Performance Management process end-to-end
- Develop and drive High performers retention model
- Design and deliver a robust Employee engagement model
- Drive continuous engagement between business and people
- Understand business needs and support meeting of objectives through:
a) Periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders
- Facilitating cascading of Key Performance Indicators & Unit Objectives
- Coaching managers on usage of tools & methods of conducting appraisal reviews
- Periodic audits & reviews of process effectiveness
- Drive implementation of Learning & Development agenda with other HR Leads through:
a) Ownership for Individual & Group Development Plans
- Develop analytical tools based on vital Organizational Health such as Employee Attrition, Key Talent Retention, Internal Job Mobility, Hiring Effectiveness
- Lead and drive projects that will add value to business performance
- End to end talent life cycle management post on-boarding till exit
