Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for driving from time to time global & country initiatives
- Identifying and deploying leadership development initiatives at the Site with focus on developing the leadership pipeline
- Responsible for maintaining the L&D MIS and tracking Man days of training for business
- Deployment of New HR processes & integration of culture in the context of Merger & Accquisition
- Competency Based Learning & Development:
- Design & Deployment of Training Calendar
- Responsible for driving the PMS process
- Competency Management: Process owner for design and deployment ,odel across the country
- Support in annual Compensation exercise
- OD Interventions: Facilitation and execution of OD interventions for various business units when required through different approaches
- Lateral Induction : Process owner for design and deployment of lateral induction
- Capability Building Initiatives: Successfully designed and deployed strategic capability interventions based organization needs i.eSupervisor Development Program and Customer Service Excellence Program
- Psychometric Testing
- Developing and implementing Knowledge Sharing practices like Share and Learn and NewsFlash
