KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide strategic partnership on organization design
- Develop a talent branding strategy
- Partner on workforce planning strategies to grow the development center
- Work collaboratively across locations to leverage tools, resources and processes
- Implement global performance management and talent management processes
- Set up, evolve and manage compensation and benefits structures
- Coach and advise leaders on effective employment and career conversations
- Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues, including labor management and compliance
- Develop and implement a talent strategy that is aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team and lead key talent development and retention planning and succession planning processes
- Manage the employee value proposition through all facets of the employee lifecycle
KEY EXPERIENCES :
- 8 to 11 years HR leadership experience required
- Ability to work in a start-up environment while building out sustainable talent solutions
- Experience with recruiting strategies including university relations
- Experience and comfort working in a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership and management
- Knowledge of engineering talent or mindset with an understanding of the talent market
- Experience with workforce planning in relation to a workforce of contractors and employees
- Ability to influence across multiple functions/areas
- Professional skills and abilities as hands-on practitioner as well as strategic thinker
- Demonstrated results orientation
- Highly skilled problem solver and negotiator, excellent verbal and written communications skills
