Position: HR Director

Reports to: Sr. VP- HR

Location: Gurgaon

Work Exp/ Qualification:

- 13-18 Years of proven experience in HR leadership roles in MNC or top Indian Cos. At least 5 years should have been in senior HR capacity

An MBA in HRM from reputed institute

***Willing to Work in Shift:Transport will be provided.

Role Objectives

- To provide Strategy and Leadership to the Human Resource function and partner the Leadership team in delivering their growth agenda. The HR Director will provide strategic and sustainable HR interventions to acquire and develop wide Leadership Team, Talent Acquisition, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies and overall Employee Engagement initiatives.
