About our Client - Our client is a growing Swiss MNC and market leaders in the dermatology space. They operate in over 50 countries worldwide and employee 5000+ employees. With strong growth plans in India and various new product launches expected in the coming year, they are looking for an HR Head for their business in India.

Job Description - Reporting into the Managing Director for India and managing a team of 5 employees, your responsibilities will include:

- End to end HR generalist activities from senior level hires, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent management

- Introducing various sales incentives plans and managing the sales force effectively

- Establishing a strong employee connect so as to effectively manage employee relations and handle any grievances

- Work closely with the business heads to understand business needs and partner accordingly from an HR standpoint

- Manage sales force unions if required

- Managing the entire talent framework - including competency mapping, performance management, hi-pot assessment, career pathing and succession planning

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 12-18 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner with an FMCG / Pharma company only. Candidates from services background (Insurance, Banks, ITes, etc) will not be considered for this role. Exposure to managing unions is desired. End to end HR business partnering activities and a very hands on approach will be expected from the incumbent. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of success will be a key determinant in identifying the suitable candidate for this role.
