Location:KUWAIT
Responsibilities:
1. Shape the HR Agenda and identify key people priorities in alignment with line leaders.
2. Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team (Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, Legal & Compliance) to sustain Credo based culture and drive the organization change agenda.
3. Partner with the Consumer Leadership Team to design and deliver interventions for leadership development, organization learning and capability building.
4. Collaborate with line leaders to shape and execute the organization talent strategy.
5. Track industry practice and indentify opportunities to review and strengthen people practices in alignment with the rewards team.
6. Track and strengthen employee engagement.
7. Lead and shape the Management Trainee program.
8. Manage employee life cycle process – Performance Management Process, Compensation, Benefits administration, etc
Education & Experience:
1. Post graduate degree preferably with specialization in HR from a reputed institute.
2. Around 15 years of professional work experience in Human Resource with good foundation as an HR generalist and at least 4-5 years of people management experience.
3. Innovative mindset, solution orientation and ability to work with diverse teams.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills with a healthy collaborative work style.
5. Excellent communication skills – written and spoken including stand up presentation, facilitation & training experience.
6. Comfortable with working in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
