Profile:

Job Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a lead HR Digitization. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR digitization tasks execution.

The lead HR Digitization will report to the Sr Lead HRIS & Digitization and work closely with HR Business Partner, HR Leadership team, Finance & IT departments to maximize efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support to HR for system assessments, selection, design, and implementation.

- Actively participate and be part in implementing all HR initiatives.

- Act as the voice of the customer/employee to drive engagement at all stages of enterprise solutions.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Implement analysis of the current HR technology landscape, detect gaps, and recommend solutions.

- Stay abreast of new HR technology and best practices, identifying opportunities for enablement.

- Develop functional specifications based on business requirements.

- Identify, configure, test systems and train users on HR systems in effort to automate the processes.

- Quality assurance of delivery and production movement for configuration.

- Partner with IT Team for HR tech projects and work on implementing the same.

- Become an expert on HR technology solutions which are available in the marketplace and evaluate their potential for use where appropriate.

- Collaborates with HR team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and implement the solutions.

- Support the HR team in identifying and executing opportunities for automation using both new and existing tools.

- Current and future process mapping and digitization of all the projects.

- Explore and implement HR analytic tools across HR functions.

- Support with data consolidation, analytics, and presentation preparations.

- Support with HR Data Cleaning and Document Management process.

- Support implementation of all the HR digitization projects.

- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and Filters similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
