Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAC.
- Analyze complex HR data to identify trends and generate insights.
- Performance judged by the accuracy and effectiveness of data analysis.
Data Integrity & Management:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data within SAP systems.
- Implement data governance practices to uphold high data standards.
- Performance measured through HR audits, adherence to timelines, and data accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to understand their analytics needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support HR strategies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management are critical.
Training & Support:
- Train HR team members on analytics tools and dashboards.
- Provide ongoing support for analytics applications, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics features and best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to analytics processes and tools.
Interactions:
- Internal: Work with Business HRs (BHRs), Workforce Administration (WFA), and other COE-TA & SSC teams.
- External: May interact with vendors when necessary.
Dimensions:
- Financial: Involvement with HR budgets and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for target vs. actual performance.
- Other: Focus on maintaining high standards of data analytics and accuracy.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
