Job Highlights:
We need an HR Data Analyst to support our HR Data Analytics activities. We rely on data to help make informed business decisions and need someone to help us manage and analyze that data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory HR and data analytics 2+ hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, strong experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
- Write and maintain documentation related to HR data analytics processes and procedures.
- Maintain and update existing HR data catalogs to ensure data is organized and easily accessible.
- Analyse HR data to support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements.
