HR Consulting Role - Human Capital/HR Advisor

We are looking candidates from big 4 consulting companies with 5 to 10 years of strong HR consulting experience (People organization / Human Capital / HR adviser division )

The role would be as per the following:

The incumbents would be strengthening Talent management practices such as Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development for the entire organization and support and guide various businesses (through their Corporate role) in execution of these.

Being a multi-product conglomerate, the challenge, at an organizational level, is to ensure integration and consistency of practices.

The incumbents helps to develop and implement better people management practices and shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery.

The genesis of seeking these roles is to strengthen the existing teams so that the overall organization can be strengthened, and HR practices can be suitably reinforced by making them more contemporary and re-vitalized.

The incumbents will be based at the Corporate Office in Kolkata and will be reporting to Sr HR Heads of the organization

Level:- AGM / DGM / GM / Sr.GM level (Level can offer as per years of experience & academic)
