- Design and Implementation of HR systems and Policies for various clients
- Manager HR function for clients (HR Outsourcing)
- Responsible for setting up HR function for various clients including HR Strategy, organization structure design, Recruitment, Performance Management System, Performance Improvement Plan, Employee Counselling, Compensation Design, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Organization Development Initiatives, Learning and Development Initiatives and HR Budget
- Functional consultant for the design of HR systems
- Recruitment for key positions (both IT and Non-IT)
