We have two distinct practices – Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients , and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others. Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as redBus.in as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM to name a few , we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories. The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore and Mumbai, and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.
- We are looking for an HR generalist for a finite time assignment that is based in London.
- If you are residing in UK, have earlier done an HR role and are currently looking for an interesting assignment we would like to talk.
- The client : An Indian Multinational with operations across Geographies, in the Technology space
Role Profile – Consultant , Managed Services . Mix of work from home and operate from office mode
Location : Ideal if you reside in London or the suburbs – as the access to the office in London is key .
The role scope :
The incumbent will manage client facing role , based in London .
1. Setting up of HR architecture – replicating and contextualising global policies and frameworks - for the client who is setting up operations in London with a compact team of professionals relocating from India , and planning the second leg of growth with local hires from UK .
2. Managing HR for the London team ongoing.
Desired Profile
1. MBA in HR from a reputed school
2. 5+ years generalist HR experience with reputed organisations
3. Understanding of UK employment laws, work culture and practices
4. Experience having worked in onsite locations, a preference
5. Execution skills in a client facing environment, a preference
6. Currently based in London
The estimated duration of the project : 10 – 18 months.
While a work visa is a plus , if you are fulfilling the other parameters and is based in London currently and are looking at an 18 month horizon to be there ( say you are on a sabbatical for the period ).
