Looking for People into Compensation and Benefits for one of the leading HR Consulting Firms.

Below mentioned are the Details of the Opening.

The general purpose of the role is to work with project teams in :

- Providing rewards related data, design, advisory services to clients.

- Ensuring delivery as-per prescribed quality and timelines.

- Managing client relationship in the capacity of team member.

- Assisting the team in delivering the desired result.

- To contribute to thought leadership in the GI sector for India

- Work as a people manager and improve team engagement

- To mentor junior associates in the consulting team, and provide support on content and project management, while helping in capability development

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Client interaction and co-ordination, at a team member level

- To gain a thorough understanding of the Industry, client organization, business, organization structures & roles

- Based on existing tools, methodology & data, to design a holistic solution for the client

- Conducting job matching & data collection meetings with client representatives

- Independently managing operations teams in data analysis and reporting

- Analyzing the data inputs and

- Design of client solution, and creation of presentations, with high focus on quality

- Delivery of presentations, in whole or in part, during and at the end of the project

Skills & Experience

- Good understanding of the General Services industry

- Business acumen with strong mathematical and /or analytical skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects

- 3-8 years of work experience (post MBA from a reputed business school).

- Ability to manage internal and external clients, build rapport and credibility.

- Solid computer skills, including good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office applications.

- Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.

- Very strong project management skills

- Team Management & Mentoring skills

Knowledge

- General awareness of current business environment in the country

- Awareness of the consulting business

- Significant comfort with MS Excel and other MS office tools.

Travel Expectations

- Ability to travel and work at client locations (20 % - 25 %)

- Adapt to flexible working hours.

Education : M.B.A / Post Graduate degree in relevant field.
