A leading Telco in Oman is looking for a HR Consultant on a short term assignment of 9 months.
- The candidate must be from a telecom operator.
- The role is primarily responsible for restructuring of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Evaluating and redrafting Job Descriptions along with the business managers.
- Design Job Evaluation processes
- Evaluate Organisation structure
Desired Candidate:
- Min 8-10yrs of work experience
- Should have good experience in handling Talent Acquisition in top telco operators
- Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits
- Job Analysis and writing of Job Descriptions
- Must have excellent written skills
- Strong analytical skills
- MBA from top institutes
